he Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched its latest residential plot scheme for 2025, targeting homebuyers and investors seeking property near the upcoming Noida International Airport and other major infrastructure projects. Key Details of the 2025 YEIDA Plot Scheme Number of Plots: 276 residential plots are available in this scheme. Plot Size: Each plot measures 200 square meters. Location: Plots are situated near Noida International Airport, Film City, Medical Device Park, and other major developments along the Yamuna Expressway. Allotment Process: Plots will be allotted through a lucky draw (lottery system). Application Window: Registration opened on April 21, 2025. Last date to apply is May 21, 2025. Lucky draw will be held on July 11, 2025. Eligibility: Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 or older and should not already own a YEIDA-allotted residential plot or flat.
